Owner Ros Miller, along with her passionate team combine to make Red Poles 'much more than a restaurant and much more of a destination'. Red Poles celebrated 15 years of business in 2020 and combines a restaurant, art gallery and bed and breakfast!
Red Poles is located only 45 minutes from Adelaide in South Australia, in the stunning McLaren Vale wine region. You'll find us across the road from historic Wirra Wirra Winery.

We offer indoor and outdoor dining areas (in our gallery, verandah, quirky courtyards and garden). We are located on a bush block with vineyards, offering our guests plenty of room to relax and enjoy our warm hospitality - your home away from home.
Experience seasonal breakfast and lunch menus focusing on fresh Fleurieu Peninsula produce. Art lovers will love the mix of art including our Indigenous art gallery space. We also offer local craft beer, wine and gin paddles. You can even relax to the sounds of talented musicians on a Sunday afternoon!
If you have time on your hands, make the most of your trip to the region by staying with us in our lodge accommodation - a great central point to explore the Fleurieu Peninsula and McLaren Vale wine region. A great excuse for time out with friends and family or enjoy a romantic holiday for two! We are pet friendly too - your darling dog is welcome!

Head chef Connor Bishop has many years of experience in the Fleurieu Peninsula, most recently as the pastry chef at Maxwell Wines. He has excelled in his career, from being awarded apprentice chef of the year to working in some of South Australia’s best restaurants.
He brings a new flare to Red Poles kitchen with a passion towards working with fresh and local produce. He aims to surprise and delight guests with fun and exciting cooking techniques and customers enjoy the experience of an open style kitchen.
